Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following policy carefully before requesting a return or refund.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective.
  • Perishable items (like sweets, if included in sweet boxes) are not eligible for return unless received in खराब/unsafe condition.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Please provide clear photos and videos of the product and packaging as proof.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or altered products
  • Customized/handcrafted items made to order (unless defective)
  • Perishable contents (such as sweets) unless quality issues are proven

4. Return Process

  • Send your return request to aggarwalr795@gmail.com with:
  • Order details
  • Reason for return
  • Photo/video proof (if applicable)
  • Once approved, instructions for return shipping will be provided.

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • If approved, the refund will be issued within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error or defect.

6. Replacement Option

  • In case of damaged or defective items, a replacement may be offered instead of a refund, based on availability.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

8. Important Notes

  • Handmade wooden and handcrafted boxes may have minor variations, which are natural and not considered defects.
  • Proper unboxing video is recommended for any damage claims.
